Dr Stacey Ler
General Practice specialist
Dr Stacey Ler is a member and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) which is the peak specialist general practice qualification accredited in accredited by the Australian Medical Council. She has extensive experience working in General Practice and have previously worked across various specialities including general medicine neurology, paediatrics, orthopaedics, emergency medicine, mental health at the Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) and Robina Hospital where she trained during her internship and Junior House Officer terms.
She has received several Commendations for Outstanding Performance during her hospital training and was also nominated for Junior Doctor of the Year in 2018. She is a strong advocate for General Practice on the Gold Coast, serving as a GP representative on several leading committees, including the Clinical Handover Committee at GCUH, Gold Coast Public Health Network (GCPHN) Clinical Council Chair and Primary Health Care Improvement Committee (PHCIC). She was Director for General Practice Gold Coast in 2022.
