Lifestyle Medicine - Preventative Health
What is Lifestyle Medicine?
In Australia, many people are living with chronic conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, which can affect their quality of life.
The good news is that nearly 40% of these health problems can be prevented by making simple changes to daily habits, like eating healthier, staying active, managing stress, and getting enough sleep.
Lifestyle Medicine focuses on helping you make these changes to improve your health and well-being. By addressing the root causes of disease, this approach can help you feel better, prevent long-term health issues, and live a healthier, happier life.
